Key Responsibilities
- Assist in crafting, testing, and refining code aligned with project specifications, contributing to cutting-edge healthcare solutions.
- Engage with senior developers to decode complex technical specifications and grasp profound business needs, enhancing overall project effectiveness.
- Participate in peer code reviews to uphold exceptional coding standards and implement best practices within the team.
- Investigate and resolve software defects and performance hurdles, ensuring seamless application functionality.
- Contribute to robust technical documentation, including user guides, system design documentation, and API specifications for improved usability and support.
- Facilitate the integration of third-party APIs and services, enhancing application utility and performance.
- Support the maintenance of version control and deployment protocols, ensuring consistent application updates and functionality.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and evolving best practices in software development to maintain a competitive edge.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, Java, JavaScript, SQL, or C#, enabling effective system development and problem-solving.
- Capacity to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while effectively communicating complex concepts.
- Enthusiasm and ability to pursue further professional certifications or trainings that align with work requirements.
- Adaptability to embrace new developments as opportunities for both personal and professional growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, establishing foundational knowledge critical to the role.
- Epic certification is required; if not already certified, a commitment to achieving at least three Epic certifications within six months of hire.
